In Nizhni Sirohozy on the left bank of the Kherson region the occupiers plan to build an agrologistics complex, a grain elevator, concrete and compound feed plants, as well as a wholesale distribution center.

This is provided for by the so-called «master plan» of the support point, developed by the «Unified Institute of Spatial Planning of the Russian Federation».
The occupiers’ concept also includes the construction of new housing, a hotel, a youth center, two sports and recreation complexes, a major renovation of the polyclinic and the development of road infrastructure to transform the settlement into a «multifunctional district center».
On August 17 alone the occupiers promised to build three plants in Hornostaivka, as well as an oyster farm near Khorliv.
