The occupiers are preparing social facilities on the left bank of the Kherson region for prolonged power outages.
This was reported by the occupying administration of the region.
How exactly the occupying authorities are doing this was not specified.
Earlier we wrote that more than 30% of all complaints coming from residents of occupied Kherson since the New Year relate to systematic interruptions in electricity supply.
Recall, in the autumn of 2025 the Russian government promised to allocate over 1.5 billion rubles for electricity supply to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
In July last year the occupying governor of Kherson, Volodymyr Saldo said that the energy system of the Kherson region “is stabilized and operates steadily”.
