The occupation administration of the Kalanchak district has approved regulations on temporary accommodation points for the population in case of emergencies.
The corresponding document was signed by the so‑called head of the Kalanchak district, Halyna Perelovych.
The regulations define the procedure for reception, registration, accommodation and provision for people who will be evacuated from areas of natural or man‑made emergencies. The points are allegedly able to accept people for a period of up to six months.
Recall, earlier the occupation authorities introduced a technogenic emergency regime across almost the entire temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region. Later it became known that the reason was large‑scale power outages and damage to critical infrastructure.
According to the statement of the occupation governor Volodymyr Saldo, 207 settlements were left completely or partially without power. At the same time, the document on the introduction of the emergency regime later disappeared from the occupation administration’s website, and Saldo himself deleted the corresponding post from his social media pages.
