The occupation administration of the Kherson region approved the implementation of the investment project “Construction of the eco-glamping ‘Sea Oasis’” for the company “Sevremstroy KBK”.
This is stated in the order of the occupation governor of the Kherson region Volodymyr Saldo.
The so-called administration instructed the occupation Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Kherson region to lease to the company for a term of 25 years a land plot with an area of 101 541 sq. m.
According to the occupiers, the plot is located in Kalanchak district, in the village of Maksim Gorky (southwestern part).
It is known that the company “Sevremstroy KBK” was established in 2017 and is engaged in the construction of residential and non-residential premises.
Its director is Dmytro Havrylov, who is also the director of the company “Elitkomfort”, registered in Sevastopol.
Havrylov is also the president of the public organization “Kyokushinkai Karate Federation of Sevastopol”.
