Russian forces once again attacked the settlement of Komyshany in the Kherson community with an attack drone. As a result of explosives being dropped, a civilian was killed.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
As a result of the attack, a 60-year-old man sustained injuries incompatible with life and died at the scene.
Law enforcement opened a criminal proceeding on the fact of committing a war crime that led to the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
