The High Council of Justice adopted a decision to dismiss Oksana Kuturlanova from the position of judge of the Kherson Court of Appeal.
The decision was adopted during a regular session of the High Council of Justice.
The grounds were her own resignation letter, the report says.
Kuturlanova began her judicial career at the Novokakhovka City Court in Kherson Oblast in 2001. She was later transferred to the Kherson Oblast Court of Appeal, and after that court was liquidated in 2017 — to the Kherson Court of Appeal.
Earlier we wrote that the judge from Bilozerka, Anna Bila-Kyselova, who may have had ties to Russia, is suing over her dismissal.
