The Department of Communal Property of the Odesa City Council has filed a lawsuit with the Commercial Court of Odesa Oblast against the individual entrepreneur Inna Mrochko, asking the court to terminate the lease of a basement in the center of Odesa and evict the wife of the former head of Kherson.
This is stated in the court ruling.
It concerns the basement in the building at 45 Bazarna Street, in the very center of Odesa.
It was rented on April 8, 2019 by Inna Medina. That was the surname Inna Mrochko used until 2023.
For the basement, with an area of 141.5 sq.m she pays the city council rent of 2 369.56 hryvnias.
According to the documents, there is a workshop providing household services there.
Of the three basements in this building, two contain offices, and another recently became home to a bike repair shop. It may be the Mrochko family’s basement.

At the time Inna Mrochko rented the basement, Roman Mrochko was working as the deputy military prosecutor of the Southern Region of Ukraine, which is located in Odesa.
The grounds on which the city council seeks to terminate the agreement and evict Inna Mrochko from the basement are not specified in the ruling.
Recall that on March 2, 2023, Roman Mrochko was appointed by the President to the position of head of the Kherson City Military Administration.
In this role he stood out for an unprecedented level of corruption and, at the same time, complete disregard by law enforcement.
Dismissed from the post by the President on April 17, 2025.
