The size of the regional budget of Kherson Oblast for 2026 has been set at about UAH 1.5 billion. Revenues and expenditures are allocated in equal amounts.
The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
According to the document, revenues of the general fund amount to about UAH 1.5 billion, the special fund — almost UAH 15 million. Expenditures of the general fund are provided in the amount of almost UAH 1.4 billion, the special fund — over UAH 71 million.
The budget plans a surplus of the general fund in the amount of UAH 56.2 million and a deficit of the special fund in the same amount. The working balance of the regional budget funds is set at UAH 20 million, which constitutes 1.43% of general fund expenditures.
A reserve fund of the regional budget has also been formed in the amount of almost UAH 231 million.
Approve the allocation of regional budget expenditures in the amount of over UAH 705 million for the implementation of regional programs.
It is separately established that enterprises in joint ownership of the territorial communities of Kherson Oblast will pay 25% of their net profit to the regional budget.
