The administrator of TSC No. 5142 of the Regional Service Center of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Odesa, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions, Oleksandr Vynohradov, did not indicate in his annual declaration for 2023 cash assets on bank accounts totaling over 12.6 thousand hryvnias, and also submitted inaccurate data about the value of an apartment.
This became known from the results of a full verification of the declaration conducted by the National Agency on Corruption Prevention.
During the inspection, the NACP established that the declarant did not report his own asset of 8,805 UAH in an account at “Oschadbank” and his wife’s asset of 3,861 UAH in “PrivatBank”.
In addition, Vynohradov incorrectly indicated the value of one of the apartments, selecting the mark “Unknown”.
Also, the NACP was unable to verify the existence of documents on temporary protection in Germany for Vynohradov himself, his wife and two sons.
The NACP also found that the man purchased an Audi A6 (2017) at a contractual price of 49 thousand hryvnias, although its market price, according to the advertisement, was about 987 thousand hryvnias. However, since at the time of the car purchase Vynohradov did not hold a position related to the exercise of state functions, no signs of unlawful enrichment were established.
The total amount of inaccurate information amounted to 8,805 hryvnias, which does not exceed 100 subsistence minimums. In connection with this, no signs of administrative or criminal offenses were established. The NACP obliged the official to submit a declaration with accurate information.
