A resident of the Kherson region, Ruslan Biletsky, was killed in the war.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
“Chief Sergeant Ruslan Biletsky was killed while carrying out a combat mission in the Donetsk region. The defender will forever be 45 years old…”, – they noted there.
