It has become known that Lieutenant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a native of Skadovsk, Oleksii Kravchuk, has died.
This was reported by the media outlet OGO.
It is noted that Oleksii Kravchuk voluntarily mobilized into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in May 2022, where he commanded a machine-gun platoon of a mechanized battalion.
The officer was killed on August 17, 2024, while carrying out a combat mission near the village of Pishchane in Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region. For a long time he was considered missing in action.
The farewell to the defender will take place on January 11 at 13:00 at Independence Square in Dubno in Rivne region.
