22-year-old native of Chaplynka Artem Kulyk was killed in the war.

Artem Kulyk studied at the Hetman Petro Sahaidachnyi National Academy of Land Forces, which he entered in 2021 after finishing school.
After the start of the full-scale war, Artem’s family moved to the Bilohorod community of Kyiv region and settled in the village of Shevchenkove.
In June 2025, after completing his studies, he stayed to serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was sent to the 210th Separate Assault Regiment in Kyiv.
Artem was a commander of an assault platoon and carried out combat missions on the Zaporizhzhia front.
During his service he was wounded twice, but returned after rehabilitation.
On April 11, 2026, Artem Kulyk was killed while carrying out a combat mission.
