The Service for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure in Kherson Oblast ordered maintenance services for a state highway that connects Vysokopillia, Velyka Oleksandrivka and Beryslav.
As stated on the Prozorro portal, the road workers ordered comprehensive maintenance services for a logistics route that runs through several communities on the right bank of Kherson Oblast to improve traffic safety in the de-occupied territories.
The total cost of the planned works and services to maintain this highway’s proper condition amounts to over UAH 655.4 million.
It should be noted that all upkeep of the road is funded from the state budget. Services will be provided until April 30, 2027.
The contract was awarded to LLC “European Road-Building Company”, which will not be working in Kherson Oblast for the first time. In 2023 the company received a contract to construct a modular settlement for displaced persons worth UAH 12.7 million and has already been engaged in maintaining the region’s roads and repeatedly received contracts to service roads.
