In the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson Oblast, a new drinking water production company associated with the Repilevskyi family of collaborators was illegally registered.
The publication Europrostir reports this.
It concerns LLC “First Drinking Water Plant” (ООО “Первый завод питьевой воды”, – rus), which, according to Russian registers, was registered on December 11, 2025.
The enterprise is registered in the village of Maryanivka of the Tavrychanska village community in Kakhovskyi district. This settlement is associated with the family of local businessmen and former deputies of the Kherson regional council Eduard and Danylo Repilevskyi.
The company’s founder is listed as 60-year-old Iryna Repilevska — the wife of Eduard Repilevskyi and the mother of Danylo Repilevskyi.
According to the publication Europrostir, this may be the first illegal enterprise created by the Repilevskyi family “from scratch” in the occupied territory — no mentions of a company with that name were found in open Ukrainian registers.
The second co-founder of LLC “First Drinking Water Plant” is listed as Liudmyla Horpynych. She also appears among the co-founders of several other illegal enterprises. The head of one of them is Yurii Horstka — Liudmyla Horpynych’s husband, a well-known entrepreneur in Nova Kakhovka.
