The head and one of the founders is listed as a Russian citizen, Sergey Solzhenitsyn.
According to the international investigation platform YC World, he is one of the heads of the Federal Research and Testing Center for Machine Building of the Russian Federation, which owns many Russian state companies.
It is likely that, under the guise of an aeroclub on the temporarily occupied territory (TOT) of the Kherson region, an institution was registered whose activities will be related to the production of drones or other equipment used for military purposes.
