On the territory of the temporarily occupied Oleshky district on the left bank of the Kherson region, temporary rolling power outage schedules have been introduced.
Pro-Russian Telegram channels report this.
The occupiers cite an emergency shortage of capacity in the local power system as the reason for the outages.
According to the occupation administration, the power will be turned off from December 22 to 29. Residents of Velyki Kopani, Radensk and Proletarka will be left without electricity in turn.
Each outage will last a day – from 9:30 on one date to 9:30 the next. In Velyki Kopani the power will be turned off partially: first on Soborna, 8 March, Tavriiska and Sadova streets, and the next day in the rest of the settlement. Radensk and Proletarka will be left without power entirely.
Earlier we wrote that the occupation governor of Kherson region Volodymyr Saldo promised to ensure “stable electricity supply” on the left bank of the region. According to him, the occupiers plan to replace worn power cables to “ensure a reliable supply of electricity”.
