In the occupied part of Kherson region, any festive events in catering establishments have been banned.
The corresponding decree was signed by the so-called governor Volodymyr Saldo.
Thus, the holding of mass festive events and corporate parties in cafes and restaurants is prohibited if the number of participants exceeds ten people.
The occupiers justify such measures by the “operational situation” and the martial law they themselves imposed.
