On the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson Oblast, the occupation administration approved new prices and tariffs for electricity for 2026.
This became known from the order of the occupation authorities.
According to the published data, for non-household consumers in 2026 the single-rate tariff without VAT from January to September will be from 5 to 6.56 rubles per kWh, depending on the voltage level. In the fourth quarter these figures will increase to 5.81–7.62 rubles per kWh. In the daily peak zone the tariff may reach 9.91 rubles per kWh.
For the population in the period from January to September 2026 the single-rate tariff within the first consumption band will be 2.78 rubles per kWh, in the second band — 5.51 rubles, in the third — 6.67 rubles. In October–December these tariffs will increase to 3.67, 8.25 and 10 rubles per kWh respectively.
Differentiated tariffs by time-of-day zones are also provided. In particular, in the night zone for the population in the first consumption band the cost of electricity from January to September will be from 1.67 to 1.95 rubles per kWh, depending on the chosen tariff plan. In peak hours the price can reach 3.61 rubles, and at the end of the year — up to 4.77 rubles per kWh.
In addition, the occupation authorities set sales markups of the so‑called guaranteed supplier, uniform tariffs for the transmission of electricity through power grids, as well as a fee for technological connection to the power grids.
Earlier we already wrote that the occupiers are again raising tariffs on gas and on water in the left-bank area of Kherson Oblast. They also set new tariffs for waste removal there.
