In the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region they announced the launch of the so-called investment map of the region. It allegedly contains over 70 land plots available to “investors” from the Russian Federation.
This is reported in pro-Russian Telegram channels.
The message states that this innovation was announced by Ervin Musayev, the minister of economic development of the Kherson region appointed by the Russians. According to him, the proposed land plots can be obtained within the “free economic zone” or through “large-scale investment projects”.
The presentation of this project took place at the so-called Tavriya investment-economic forum, which is currently being held in Moscow.
Recall, the illegal “Kherson Department of Rostekhnadzor” has already announced its readiness to deploy cranes for the construction of a residential complex in temporarily occupied Skadovsk. They announced the intention to build a microdistrict with an area of 12.5 thousand square meters of housing in Skadovsk in the summer of this year.
Similar statements about the construction of “new” microdistricts and “cities” on the left bank of Kherson region have been voiced since the beginning of the occupation, however, none of the initiatives has been implemented so far.
Most likely, with such pseudo-constructions and the same major repairs the occupiers “launder” funds.
