On the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region, emergency crews will begin repairing damaged power networks when the security situation allows.
This was reported by the occupation-appointed governor of Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo.
According to him, on sections where a security threat persists, repair work is postponed until the presence of emergency crews is deemed safe.
Saldo also noted that currently medical institutions, emergency medical teams, water intakes and other critical infrastructure facilities are allegedly operating from backup power sources.
Recall, on the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region since the evening of July 9 large-scale power outages have been ongoing. All 14 so-called municipal districts, comprising 426 settlements, remain without power.
