On the left bank of Kherson region the occupying authorities have created a commission that will determine the validity of legal title documents, including those notarized by Ukrainian notaries
The corresponding decree was adopted by the illegal Government of the Kherson region.
The decree establishes the specifics of Russia’s recognition of the validity of documents, that confirm the ownership rights of residents of the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) of Kherson region to real estate, in particular land plots.
In addition, the occupiers, using the so-called commission, will assess the authority of Ukrainian notaries at the time of notarizing documents that establish ownership rights to real estate and at the time of issuance of such documents.
During the so-called compliance search, the occupiers will check with residents of the left bank of Kherson region the documents that confirm the emergence of ownership rights to real estate, changes, transfers of such rights to another owner, etc.
We remind you that on September 16 the occupiers changed the procedure, by which they will appropriate the housing of TOT residents.
