In the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region, farmers are facing problems selling their harvest due to disrupted logistics.
This was told to the occupying media by the so-called director of the Novooleksiivsk elevator, Serhii Kiva.
According to him, this year farmers are harvesting a crop that exceeds average figures, but cannot transport the grain on time. Therefore he reported that the Novooleksiivsk elevator, after preparation and disinfection, is ready to accept about 60 thousand tons of grain.
Recall, at the end of June 2026 a Russian company appropriated the Novooleksiivsk elevator. Thus, in the village of Henicheska Hirka the JSC “Novooleksiivsk Elevator” (AO “Novoalekseevsky Elevator”, – Russian) was registered.
Note that Serhii Kiva is not officially the director of the enterprise. The owner of the structure became the Krasnodar company “Miroport”, which trades in grain, and a Russian citizen, Oleksandr Miroshnichenko, was appointed as the manager.
It was previously reported that agricultural producers in the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region complain about a lack of fuel during the start of the harvest.
