In the temporarily occupied part of Kherson Oblast, two “judges” were illegally appointed by a decree of the President of the Russian Federation.
The appointment decree was published by the occupying Kherson Regional Court.
According to the document, Pavlo Kalyanov was appointed the so‑called judge of the Novokakhovka City Court, “judge of the Chaplynka Interdistrict Court of Kherson Oblast” – Ilya Kurilkin. They will “hold” the pseudo-positions for 6 years.
Recall, judge Natalia Sharko, who voluntarily agreed to cooperate with the occupying authorities of the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region and remained in her position as a judge of the occupier-controlled Henichesk District Court, was notified of suspicions on three counts.
