On the temporarily occupied left bank of the Kherson region, the so-called Directorate for the Development of Road and Transport Infrastructure was illegally registered.

The institution’s registered location is listed as the city of Henichesk, and its head is Ilya Tagamlyk, a resident of annexed Crimea.
According to data from the platform for international investigations YC World, since 2021 Tagamlyk has been registered in the Russian Federation as a private entrepreneur, and is also listed as the head of the illegally created company in Simferopol “Yug – Region”, which trades in timber.
It should be noted that the so-called Directorate for the Development of Road and Transport Infrastructure belongs to the occupation’s Ministry of Transport of the Kherson region.
Recall, last year the Russian government announced the allocation of 1.8 billion rubles for “road repairs” in the temporarily occupied Kherson region.
Later it became known that the illegal authorities on the left bank owed the contracting organizations that built the roads over 190 million rubles.
