Electricity has again gone out in the temporarily occupied part of Kherson Oblast.

The occupiers said that the cause was “technological disruption”. They do not name the exact causes of the outage or the timeframe for restoring power.
Recall, this is the second blackout in the TOT of Kherson Oblast in a day. In the morning we wrote that the left bank of the region was completely without power. The occupiers also called the cause “technological disruption”.
