On the left bank of the Kherson region, the occupation authorities announced intentions to bring into operation about 1.3 million square meters of new housing by 2030.
This was reported by the occupation government of the Kherson region.
It is stated that on the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region, housing construction projects are being implemented by 17 investors.
According to the head of the occupation administration Semen Mashkautsan, of the 17 investors operating in the region, 13 allegedly have a rating from 3 to 5 in the Unified Register of Developers of the Russian Federation.
Mashkautsan added that by 2030 it is planned to provide a large volume of new housing — about 1.3 million sq. m.
Earlier the occupiers stated that during the year on the TOT of the Kherson region they allegedly carried out major repairs of 40 apartment buildings with a total area of 134 thousand square meters. The administration assessed the implementation of the overhaul program at 98.63%.
Similar statements about the construction of “new” microdistricts and “cities” on the left bank of the Kherson region have been voiced since the start of the occupation; however, none of the initiatives has yet been implemented.
Most likely, with such pseudo-construction projects and the same major repairs the occupiers “launder” funds.
