The Kherson Regional Military Administration approved the distribution of budget funds for physical culture, youth and sports for 2026. In total, 45 945 200 hryvnias will be directed to these areas.
This was stated in an order published on the Regional Military Administration’s official website.
According to the document, the largest portion of funds — 16 364 546 hryvnias — will be allocated to support high-performance sports and organizations that carry out physical culture and sports activities in the region.
For the development of physical culture and sports among children and youth in municipal children-and-youth sports schools, 14 302 525 hryvnias will be allocated.
Provision for training camps and competitions in Olympic sports will amount to 450 thousand hryvnias, and for non-Olympic — 250 thousand hryvnias.
7 290 735 hryvnias will be allocated to support the preparation of school-age athletes of the highest sporting mastery.
5 195 620 hryvnias were allocated for the development of physical culture and sports for persons (children) with disabilities and for physical culture and sports centers. For holding training camps, competitions and events in sports for persons with disabilities — 154 500 hryvnias.
937 274 hryvnias will be allocated to ensure the operation of local centers for the population’s physical health “Sport for All” and to conduct mass physical culture events.
In addition, 1 000 000 hryvnias will be allocated for other services in the field of social protection and social security.
