Kherson region topped the list of regions with the lowest level of aggression toward representatives of the territorial recruitment and social support centers.
The statistics were provided by the National Police.
As of April 12, 2026, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, only one case of an attack on military personnel of the territorial recruitment and social support centers was recorded in the region.
Across the country, law enforcement recorded 620 such incidents. For comparison, in neighboring southern regions the figures are significantly higher: 36 attacks occurred in Odesa region, and 29 in Mykolaiv region.
The largest number of offenses against servicemen of the territorial recruitment and social support centers was recorded in Kharkiv and the region (69 cases), Kyiv (53) and Dnipropetrovsk region (45).
