In Kherson region, 129 “mass” phone numbers have been recorded that entrepreneurs use when registering their businesses.
This is evidenced by data from the monitoring service Opendatabot.
A number is considered mass if it is listed as a contact when registering at least five different FOPs. In Ukraine there are more than 3.3 thousand such numbers. Often a single contact links hundreds of formally independent businesses.
In Kyiv there are 1,020 such FOPs, in Kharkiv region – 741, in Dnipropetrovsk region 595.
Such “collective” contacts are most often used in retail, IT and real estate.
Note that in 2025 in Kherson region 3,757 individual entrepreneurs ceased their activities.
