Regarding the creation and operation of torture chambers organized by the Russians, law enforcement officers have announced suspicions against 15 individuals in 11 criminal proceedings.
This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
Also, 16 indictments concerning 32 individuals were sent to court.
It was previously reported that the most brutal torture chamber that Russian troops set up during the temporary occupation of Kherson was the one that operated in the premises of Temporary Detention Facility No. 1.
