Due to the deterioration of the security situation and an increase in the number of Russian drone attacks in Kherson region, the Regional Defense Council has decided to carry out the compulsory forced evacuation of children.
This was reported on social media by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
Thus, the compulsory forced evacuation of children will take place from the following territories of the Kherson and Stanislav communities:
- the settlement of Pryozerne;
- the settlement of Komyshany (Nyzhnya Street and areas adjacent to the Dnipro);
- the city of Kherson (Andriia Orlova Street, Hretska, Soborna and the coastal strip below these streets);
- the village of Stanislav.
The evacuation process is planned through Kherson’s transit center with subsequent relocation to temporary accommodation and to safer regions of Ukraine, the post says.

Overall, in the de-occupied territory of Kherson region more than 11 thousand children reside.
Recall that recently President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law on the mandatory evacuation of the population, including children, from areas of active and potential hostilities.
