In Kherson Oblast, 37 healthcare facilities are currently operating, which have 158 structural subdivisions. They are provided with the necessary equipment, medicines and autonomous power sources.
This was reported on the air of the telemarathon «United News» by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.
According to him, despite constant shelling and damage to infrastructure, the region’s medical system continues to operate.
At the same time, in November 2025 it was reported that in the oblast 42 healthcare facilities were operating. At that time, Prokudin noted that almost all hospitals had sustained damage as a result of Russian attacks, but continued to provide assistance.
Recall that in Kherson there was not a single hospital or polyclinic that had not been affected by Russian shelling.
Recently, in the Dnipro district of Kherson, Russian forces at least three times in a day attacked with drones the grounds of one of the city hospitals. As a result of this attack, there were injured people.
