In the Kherson region, more than 49,000 internally displaced persons are registered, among them — nearly 7,000 children.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
The region has also designated temporary accommodation sites for IDPs.
Separately, the region is working to support Kherson residents who have moved to other regions of Ukraine. The network of humanitarian centers “Free Together” includes 14 branches in various cities of Ukraine, the post says.
