On December 6, 2025, on the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and St. Nicholas Day, two Russian servicemen were eliminated in the Kherson region and their vehicle was destroyed.
This was reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The operation was carried out by units of the Directorate of Active Operations of the GUR together with the Resistance Movement against the Russian occupation.
The destroyed occupiers served in the 76th Air Assault Division of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation — a unit implicated in war crimes during the occupation of the Kyiv region in 2022, notably in Bucha, as well as on other sections of the front.

Earlier it was reported that on the Kherson front the special purpose detachment of the 27th Pechersk Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine “Lasar’s” destroyed two Russian anti-aircraft missile systems.
