The largest number – 49 – of religious centers of the Moscow Patriarchate are located in Kherson and surrounding communities.
There are 31 in Beryslav district, 29 in Novotroitske, 24 in Kakhovka, and 20 in Skadovsk.
Another 18 churches operate in the district of Nova Kakhovka, 17 in the Hola Prystan community and 14 near Henichesk.
Recall that as of the end of November last year, 6 religious communities transferred to the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.
