In the village of Arkhanhelske in the Kherson region, a 40-year-old local resident was injured as a result of an explosion of an unknown object.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
The man was on the street and pulled on an unknown wire, after which an explosion occurred.
The injured man was hospitalized with amputation of both hands and facial injuries, the report says.
Medics are currently providing him with the necessary assistance.
The circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
