Violinist of the Kherson Chamber Orchestra “Hileya” Pavlo Babiy was killed on the front.
Colleagues of the artist reported this in one of the local groups.
Pavlo Babiy died on December 29, 2025, while carrying out a combat mission as part of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Before the war he was a violinist with the Kherson Chamber Orchestra “Hileya” and actively participated in concert life and cultural projects.
Recall that in October 2022 in occupied Kherson the Russians killed the conductor of the “Hileya” orchestra, Yuriy Kerpatenko, for refusing to cooperate.
