In the de-occupied part of Kherson region, the rules for trading alcoholic beverages have been updated.
The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
In a number of settlements located along the Dnipro line, a complete ban on the sale of alcohol is being introduced.
In particular, the restrictions apply to
- Beryslav district: the city of Beryslav itself, as well as the villages of Novoberyslav, Zmiivka, Pershotravneve, Shliakhove and Tomaryne. A complete ban also applies in Veselyi and Kozatske, which belong to the Novokakhovka community.
- Tyahynska and Mylivska communities: here almost all key villages along the shore are under the ban — from Tyahinka, Lvivove and Burhunka to Dudchany, Mylove and Kachkarivka.
- Lower Dnipro: the list includes villages of the Bilozerka community (Kizomys, Veletenske, Dniprovskе and others), the Stanislav community (Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Shyroka Balka), as well as the suburban Antonivka and Sadove, which are part of the Kherson community.
The full list also covers the villages of the Darivska community (Mykilske, Ponyativka, Tokarivka) and a number of settlements of the Novooleksandrivka and Novovorontsovka communities.
For all other settlements of de-occupied Kherson region that are not included in the list above, a time restriction continues to apply. The sale of alcohol here is prohibited in the evening and at night — from 18:00 to 10:00.
