A resident of Nova Kakhovka headed an illegally created archive in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region.
Information about this is posted in Russian registers.
On May 29, under Russian legislation, the so-called Municipal Archive of Nova Kakhovka was created. It was registered at the same address where the legitimate archival department of the Novokakhovka City Council was located — Haharina Street (now Platanova), 8.
The director of the archive in the Russian registers is listed as local resident Olena Udovytska.
According to the analytical system YouControl, since 2018 Udovytska has been the head of the condominium association “Zatyshna 22” in Nova Kakhovka.
Exactly when she began working for the occupation authorities is not reliably known. However, in April this year in publications of pro-Russian media, Udovytska was mentioned as the head of the archival department of the illegal administration of Nova Kakhovka.
