The mayor of Kherson Ihor Kolykhaiev, who has been in Russian captivity since 2022, has been officially included in the lists for exchange “1000 for 1000”.
This was reported by the head of the Association of Farmers and Private Landowners of the Kherson region, Viktor Hordiienko, following a conversation with the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets.
“Official information from Kyiv regarding Ihor Kolykhaiev is expected in the near future”, – Hordiienko said.
Recall that Ihor Kolykhaiev was abducted by Russian military forces during the occupation of Kherson in 2022.
At the end of last year Sviatoslav Kolykhaiev reported that his father is being held in the Perm Krai in harsh conditions. According to him, Kolykhaiev was beaten, has health problems and spent some time in an infirmary.
According to some reports from Ukrainians released from captivity, Ihor Kolykhaiev may be held in a colony in the city of Kizel of the Perm Krai, Russia.
