Residents of Kherson who were wounded as a result of Russian shelling will be able to undergo specialized rehabilitation at the Lviv center UNBROKEN.
This was reported on Facebook by the mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi, after a meeting with the former mayor of Kherson, Volodymyr Mykolaienko.
“During the meeting we agreed that residents of Kherson will be able to come to Lviv for rehabilitation at the UNBROKEN center. This is especially important today, when Kherson is shelled daily and civilians need constant assistance to recover from their injuries,” Sadovyi wrote.
The National Rehabilitation Center UNBROKEN is the largest medical facility in Ukraine. At the center, defenders and civilians, adults and children affected by the war, undergo a full cycle of treatment: from emergency care to prosthetics and psychological rehabilitation. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, more than 20,000 wounded Ukrainians have been saved there, including 360 children.
