Eduard Naumenko, the former deputy head of the Kherson Regional State Administration and the godfather of MP Serhiy Kozyr, may be appointed deputy to the Minister for Communities, Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine, Vitaliy Bezgin.

Recall that the deputy mayor of Kherson Vitaliy Bielobrov is also planning to join Bezgin.
Serhiy Kozyr and Eduard Naumenko have known each other since 2007. According to Kozyr, he and Naumenko worked together in Donetsk, and later in Pavlohrad.
Later Kozyr moved to the Kherson region, where he also brought Naumenko. There Naumenko was appointed deputy head of the Kherson Regional State Administration (KhODA).
Before this appointment, Eduard Naumenko worked at the Kherson Regional State Administration as the chief specialist of the Department of Quality, Technical Control, New Technologies and Operational Maintenance and headed the tender committee of the Department of Construction and Infrastructure.
