A 28-year-old resident of the village of Novokamyanka of the Tavriyska urban community in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region, Denys Spilnyi, who had served in the Ukrainian army, is now fighting on the side of the Russian occupying forces.
The publication Yevroprostir reports this.
According to local residents, before the full-scale invasion Spilnyi worked at the local pumping station and remained there after the occupation. Later he was mobilized into the Russian Armed Forces.
Villagers claim that Denys Spilnyi did not resist mobilization and had the opportunity to avoid service, but did not take advantage of it. Also, according to fellow villagers, his mother supports the Russian occupiers.
Unlike other residents of Novokamyanka – in particular Stepan Haviy and Artur Troshchynskyi, who voluntarily signed a contract with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, – Spilnyi, according to available information, was forcibly mobilized.
Earlier we wrote that in the village of Novokamyanka in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region they buried former ATO veteran Stepan Haviy, who voluntarily signed a contract with the RF Armed Forces and fought against Ukraine.
