Russian Artur Talanov, who took part in the Russian Federation’s aggressive war against Ukraine, has been appointed head of the so-called municipal control department in the Hornostaivka district illegally created by the Russians in the temporarily occupied Kakhovka district of Kherson region.
Occupying media reported this.
It is noted that Talanov is 57 years old; he was an ideological volunteer of the occupying Russian army, and also a finalist of the Russian project Heroes of Khersonshchyna, which is aimed at involving former servicemen of the occupying forces in the so-called “rear” service.
Earlier MOST wrote that a former deputy from Kakhovka headed an occupation school in Tavrychanka.
