The director of the municipal enterprise «Funeral Service of Kherson», Serhiy Chorny, was granted an extension of his term in office.
This was revealed by updated data on changes to the enterprise’s authorized persons.
According to the documentation, the current director’s contract ends on April 30, 2026. The new agreement will take effect on May 1, 2026, and will remain in force until April 30, 2029.
According to MOST, Serhiy Chorny is a protégé of Tetiana Turchyna, the former executive officer of the Kherson City Council, who controls the funeral business in Kherson.
Turchyna herself was dismissed from her position in the autumn of 2025.
