Acting director of the enterprise “Research Farm “Pioneer” Serhiy Stepanov will pay a fine for constant delays in payments to his subordinates.
This is stated in the court ruling.
According to the court, during the second half of 2025 and at the beginning of 2026 the institution’s employees did not receive their pay on time. Although the enterprise officially established a twice-monthly pay schedule, in practice those deadlines were systematically ignored.
It is noted that one of the employees went on leave in mid-September, but received the funds only at the end of October.
The law requires that a person have the money in hand before the start of the leave, but the management of “Pioneer” paid the employee with a delay of over a month.
In court, Serhiy Stepanov fully admitted his guilt.
By the court’s decision, Stepanov was fined 510 hryvnias. He must also pay a 665 hryvnia court fee.
