Entrepreneurs from occupied Kakhovka appealed to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin with complaints about the actions of the so-called appointed head of the city Pavlo Filipchuk.
This is written by journalist Oleg Batyrin.
It concerns traders of a market that, during the occupation, was seized several times and effectively redistributed among persons close to the illegal authorities.
“Filipchuk systematically exceeds his powers, attempting to illegally seize property that belongs to Kakhovka entrepreneurs, as well as to the Kherson Regional Union of Consumer Cooperatives. Under the pretext of declaring property ownerless, he ignores the submission of any documents from the market”, – the appeal says.
According to residents, intimidation and public pressure are being used.
“People who supported Russia in a difficult period expected law and order – instead they faced a system aimed at seizing property”, – the entrepreneurs appeal to Putin and ask to hold Pavlo Filipchuk accountable for exceeding his powers.
In July this year the occupiers appointed “director” of the Kakhovka market the kvass seller Ihor Korovko. До цього посаду обіймав Ihor Merkulov, whom Filipchuk tried to appoint through machinations.
