Ukrainian tennis player from Kakhovka, Yuliia Starodubtseva, had a successful run in the qualifying of the WTA tournament in Auckland (New Zealand), defeating France’s Jessica Ponchet.

In the final round of qualifying the Ukrainian will continue to fight for a spot in the tournament’s main draw. Also, Ukraine’s top player Elina Svitolina is entered in the main draw of the Auckland tournament.
