The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decision to create the State Information System for coordinating evacuation and providing assistance to persons from temporarily occupied and frontline territories.
This was reported on the Cabinet’s website.
The purpose of the new system – to ensure a clear, safe, and understandable sequence of evacuation from the moment of departure from dangerous territories to placement and integration into new communities.
“The new system will streamline the evacuation process from frontline communities. People who are forced to leave their homes must receive proper support. The Ministry of Social Policy has already developed new support programs: medical recovery for 30 days after evacuation and accommodation with social support. The system will remove unnecessary bureaucracy and speed up assistance,” – said the Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity Denys Ulyutin.
Overall, according to the Kherson Regional Military Administration, after de-occupation in the region more than over 50 thousand residents, of whom nearly 7 thousand were children and over 500 were people with limited mobility.
