The Department of Culture of the Kherson City Council will spend 30 thousand UAH on organizing Christmas celebrations.
As indicated on Prozorro, the department concluded five contracts for the supply of festive decorations.
Thus, the Department of Culture ordered two Christmas trees 220 cm high (for 16 thousand UAH), two banners for the Christmas photo zone measuring 2*3 m (for 3 thousand UAH), Christmas tree ornaments (2 thousand UAH), two Christmas stars measuring 30*130 cm (for 5.4 thousand UAH) and three garlands (for 3.6 thousand UAH).
The trees and decorations will be supplied by an entrepreneur from Bilozerka, Tetyana Mantrova.
According to data from the analytical system YouControl, Kherson budget institutions regularly buy various goods from Mantrova. This year alone, stationery, decorations and office supplies worth almost 2 million UAH were ordered from her.
This time Tetyana Mantrova received all her tenders from the Kherson City Council Department of Culture without competition. However, the contracts were not published on Prozorro.
